    Surface Topography etc. has 12 pages of text (including, "Plotter programming was done by Grant Carrington through the courtesy of Robert Danek, both of Programming Methods Section, Data Systems Division, Goddard Space Flight Center."),7 pages of tables, and 52 pages of the graphs which I plotted for him on the Calcomp 570 plotter from the data he sent us. It was published in April 1964.
